Whew! That was a tough one. Taking on the Marauders, and find out we are a guy short thru a miscommunication. So we start with 9 guys. Game goes back and forth, but nobody able to break through until just under 2 minutes left in the first, the Marauders strike first, from who else, Aco. Aco gets another one 30 seconds into the second, and we are down by 2. But we fought back with 3 goals in the second. One from sub, Jack T, a beautiful individual effort from Terry Johnson, and one by Timmy Lyons. Aco gets his hatty late in the 2nd, and we go into the 3rd tied. 30 seconds into the 3rd, the Marauders get a quick go-ahead goal. And then we fight like he'll the rest of the period. Finally, with 2 1/2 minutes left, Downey is able to tie it up on a flukey goal. Then, with just over a minute left, Jack gets the game winner. Big thanks to Jack and Tom Bordeau for coming in late to give us a tenth player. Sale kept us in the game long enough for us to come back. Way to go!
