Diesels lose Gadulka to injury and bring in new goalie Jake Hodgson.  All-in-all, the Diesels put together a decent game, but fall short once again.  Jake plays well as he has to adjust to the league.  

The ice for the game was extremly unsafe. The ruts from the previous skate were everywhere and extremly deep. They did not fill in and freeze at all before our skate. Almost broke an ankle in one. The game went on anways and started with the winless diesels taking the early lead. Mustangs followed up with a goal from, you guessed it, our D down low in front of the net smacking one home. Next goal went to the mustangs with coliton and joe z working it down low for a short side goal. Next goal came off of a draw in their zone. This is the only time our D are on the blue line but franzen managed to score from there with a slap shot, possibly tipped. The fourth goal came off a bad penalty call. Joe Z out of the box with a sick flippy bouncy pass from vic. diesels net two more to make it a very scary ending at 4-3 with a 6 on 4 oppurtunity. Overall good game. Ice was ridiculous and new goalie seems pretty good so far.
