Mustangs jump to an early lead scoring the first two goals. One from JC and one from Dave. Goal scoring slowed down after that for the mustangs until their 3rd period power play. Setup the big one timer from lyons. Demars fought off an absolute onslaught of oppurtunities from the way too good marauders with underrated guys left and right. In the end it was not enough but made the game at least look close on the scoreboard. Thanks to subs Rosen and Lyons who both made the score sheet...accounting for 3 points between them.

Coming off our second long break of the season, the Raud Squad was looking to pick things up where we left off. The Mustangs were hell bent on keeping us from doing that and put us down early 2-0. DeMars was the player of the game and was giving us nightmares, trying to find ways to beat him. Eventually we found our way through, and then we found a few more ways through. Joe Z led the way up front with two goals, and Killer came up with some big saves when we needed him.
