SuperChiefs Game Write Up:

What a great season playing with these men each and every week for the past 7 months.  They made my job as a rep extremely easy.  No attendance issues all year long, and no drama in the locker room.

I'm going to steal this quote from Krichiver because I think it perfectly defines who we were as a team:

"There's teams you play on and you make them better, and there's teams you play on that make you better. You guys were a blast to play with.  I've never played for a more supportive and positive team.  We all just showed up and went to work. It was really fun to be a part of a successful season.  I'm better for having played with each of you!"

Thunderbolts Game Write Up:

Great ending to a fantastic season! Thunderbolts come out flying after a poor performance in game 2. The team decided to run a lineup not seen before, stacking the defense and letting the forward go to work and boy did it payoff! Alex played a great game, but Chet and Beaupre were fantastic on the defensive end blocking multiple shots! Chet and McCaig proved to be no match for the Superchiefs as they scored at will. Kevin Robson showed his versatility playing defense for the first time this season, scoring a goal on a shot from the point with a great screen by Eric Erlandson! We held of a late rally to take home the cup! What a great season by a great group of guys! Ryan Zack, Chet Puteck, Danny Beaupre, Kevin Robson, Andrew Gates, Dan Radomski, Blair Jenness, Ruben Jasso, Eric Erlandson. Thank you to Matt McCaig for subbing through out the season and in the championship game! What a fantastic group of players, no drama, no bitching all season long. We finished the season on a 17-2 run starting on December 9th. Not to shabby! We had a few challenges along the way, but these guys responded! I love you all! I don't think we'll ever assemble another group like this. It was an incredible season that I'm glad I was part of. And which ever direction the league takes you guys, I wish you all the best of luck! Tymczak out!
